H3 Innovations (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Morning Message mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use Morning Message.
1. Information We Collect
Morning Message may collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the App, and information needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, and app functionality.
Information we may collect includes:
- Email address and account login information
- User IDs or account identifiers
- Subscription and purchase status related to Morning Message Premium
- App interactions, such as creating, completing, editing, archiving, or managing entries, reminders, and other app features
- User-generated content, including personal entries, reminders, completion history, archived items, and other content you create or manage in the App (“User Content”)
- Device, app, or other identifiers used for app functionality, subscriptions, security, diagnostics, analytics, and performance
- Notification preferences, reminder settings, app settings, and similar functionality preferences
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, calendar data, photos, videos, audio files, health data, financial account information, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government identification numbers through device integrations or dedicated app features. However, if you choose to type sensitive information into your User Content, that information may be stored or processed as part of the App. Please do not submit or store highly sensitive information in Morning Message.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Morning Message
- Create and manage your account
- Save, display, complete, archive, and manage User Content
- Deliver daily inspirational messages, scripture references, reminders, and notifications you request
- Personalize app content and features over time based on the entries and information you choose to save
- Use automated tools, artificial intelligence, or other technology to help generate, suggest, summarize, organize, select, personalize, or deliver messages, writing assistance, reminders, reflections, or other App features
- Manage subscriptions, purchases, premium access, and subscription status
- Improve app performance, reliability, features, security, and user experience
- Protect the App, users, and services from misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or security issues
- Respond to support requests, account deletion requests, privacy questions, or other communications
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, app store, and compliance obligations
3. AI-Assisted and Personalized Features
Morning Message may include AI-assisted, automated, or personalized features that help generate, suggest, summarize, organize, select, personalize, or deliver messages, writing assistance, reminders, reflections, or other App features.
This may include processing User Content in order to provide App functionality, personalize your experience, or support features you choose to use.
AI-generated or assisted content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, or not suitable for your particular circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, edit, save, rely on, or share any generated, suggested, or personalized content.
You should not submit or store highly sensitive information in Morning Message, including passwords, usernames for other services, financial account numbers, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, full addresses, health or medical information, protected health information if applicable, or other information you do not want processed or stored by the App.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate, host, secure, process subscriptions for, and improve Morning Message. These services may process information on our behalf as needed to provide the App.
These services may include:
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and backend services
- RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase status
- Apple App Store and Apple in-app purchase services for iOS purchases and subscriptions
- Google Play Billing for Android purchases and subscriptions
- AI service providers for AI-assisted, automated, or personalized features
- Analytics, diagnostics, infrastructure, hosting, security, or performance providers used to operate and improve the App
- Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your User Content for third-party advertising.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Security Incidents
Your information is stored using third-party infrastructure and services designed to support secure app operations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and User Content submitted through Morning Message. These safeguards are intended to help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, theft, misuse, or destruction.
Data transmitted between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit using secure connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
However, no mobile application, website, internet transmission, cloud service, server, database, network, device, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that information submitted through Morning Message will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, stolen, misused, or compromised.
Security risks may arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, software vulnerabilities, device compromise, user credential compromise, third-party service provider issues, app store or platform issues, hosting provider issues, internet or network failures, or unauthorized activity by third parties.
If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, respond, reduce potential harm, and provide notice where required by applicable law.
6. Notifications
Morning Message may send local or scheduled notifications that you choose to enable, such as reminders, recurring entries, or daily message prompts. You can control notification permissions through your device settings and app settings where available.
Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system, internet connection, notification permissions, time zone settings, app version, and third-party services.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Morning Message may offer paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store. Purchases, billing, cancellation, subscription renewal, and refunds are generally handled by the applicable app store and your app store account settings.
Subscription status may be processed through RevenueCat so that Morning Message can determine whether your account has access to premium features.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
Deleting the App or deleting your Morning Message account will not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel your subscription separately through the applicable app store account settings.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You may permanently delete your Morning Message account from within the App by going to Account, scrolling to the bottom of the screen, selecting Delete Account, and following the on-screen confirmation instructions.
When you complete the account deletion process, your Morning Message account and User Content associated with your account are permanently deleted from Morning Message’s active app database.
If you are unable to access the App and need help requesting account deletion, you may contact us at support@h3innovations.net. For security, we may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account. For your security, do not send sensitive information by email.
You may also delete individual entries, reminders, archived items, and other User Content directly within the App without deleting your account.
Deleting your Morning Message account will not cancel any active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store. You must cancel your subscription separately through the applicable app store account settings.
Deleting the App from your device will not delete your Morning Message account and will not cancel your subscription.
Certain records outside Morning Message’s active app database may not be deleted by the in-app account deletion process, including records maintained by app stores, payment processors, subscription providers, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services, where applicable. Those records are handled according to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party service.
9. Children’s Privacy
Morning Message is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
If you are at least 13 but under the age of 18, you may use Morning Message only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Your Choices
You may manage your saved entries, reminders, archived items, and other User Content inside the App.
You may manage device permissions, including notifications, through your device settings.
You may delete your Morning Message account from within the App as described above.
You may contact us with privacy-related questions or account deletion requests using the contact information below.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Morning Message after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
